At MyLifestyle.coach, we believe that the early bird catches the worm. With those that rise early making the most out of the day.

Starting the day with an orange juice, coffee and light refreshments.

We do the workouts early in the morning, with a combination of TRX, which is suspension training, consisting of core work engaging the whole body. Using your own body weight for resistance or boxing training for stamina, cardiovascular which is a full body work out, great for burning calories.

Kettle and bar bells are amazing for resistance, functional training, strength and conditioning being the core element of our focus.

Variety being the spice of life!

We also include hikes for stamina, body weight exercises, cone drill games, agility ladder balance and coordination exercise, speed drills, slam balls and battle ropes.

The afternoon could be a hike, bike ride, excursions, spa, massage, sauna, light entertainment or free time to relax and recouperate.

At my lifestyle.coach, we believe that one has to be introspective and internalise so that one lives their life from the inside out. With the outer world being a projection of the inner self, any change starts with this. With the main focus on the change to ones mental state.

To ensure we have a platform to do this, we have Pilates guided meditation, as well as yoga which will mainly focus on breathing flexibility cantering oneself as a form of recovery.

As part of the bespoke package, we focus on individuals pain points, creating a package for each person on their own personal circumstances, ensuring we offer the appropriate support to maintain your goals.
