Villa Greenview is located in the much sought-after area of Kalamar Bay, Kalkan. Breath-taking panoramic views of the sea bring an air of ease and relaxation. The layout of the villa is as follows; on the basement floor is a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Also on this level is the aforementioned games / gym room.
On the ground floor there is a contemporary kitchen with open plan stylish living room and dining area, plus another twin bedroom with en suite shower room.
The first floor has 3 more en-suite bedrooms, and the top floor is penthouse style with one super large bedroom, split into 2 areas and dividied by the en suite shower room. 1 large double bed and 2 single beds. Also on this floor is a further large double bedroom with en suite shower room. All bedrooms have outdoor terrace or balcony.

Pool: Private infinity swimming pool. Dimensions of the pool: 12 m. x 4 m depth is 1.45 m. Garden and pool maintenance is carried out by the staff once a day, morning or evening.
Garden: Large terrace area around the pool, dining table, garden seating, sun loungers, umbrellas and barbecue.
Special Features: Jacuzzi on the top balcony of the villa. Pool heating at an additional fee.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed.
